Strictness policy for document verification.

Permissive: Optimized for user pass rate; uncertain cases are less likely to fail.
Standard: Default policy, stricter than Permissive while still conversion-oriented.
Strict: Optimized for security; uncertain cases fail more often.
VeryStrict: Highest strictness for sensitive use cases with added user friction.
Unknown: Fallback value for unsupported or unmapped input.
